Few question you may be asking...

Must have relevant work experience from the following industries or roles:

  • Law firms or Legal industry
  • Accounting or Finance
  • Human resources or Recruitment
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Preferably has Virtual Assistant (VA) experience of at least 6 months but not required.

Proficiency in the following tools is preferred but not required:

  • CRMs and Database tools (Kajabi, Hubspot, or similar platforms)
  • E-commerce tools (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
  • Social Media platforms and applications
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Office

Application Requirements:

  • Must have a valid NBI clearance.
  • Must have a valid government ID
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Able to work at night i.e. 11 pm-8 am (8 am-5 pm US time zone).
  • Have a quiet work environment and a professional, neutral background with decent lighting

  • Electronic Health Records (Curve Hero, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar platforms)
  • VoIPs (RingCentral, Mango Voice, etc.)

  • Video Conferencing Platforms (Zoom, Skype, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

  • Able to work at night i.e. 11 pm-8 am Philippine time (8 am-5 pm Arizona time).

Must have relevant work experience or knowledge in the following:

  • Legal Research and Writing
  • Qualifying potential clients
  • Drafting depositions, pleadings and other legal documents
  • Client intake and onboarding
  • Calendar Management
  • Email Management
  • Preparing initial review of records (including police reports, incident reports, and medical records, among others)

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course.
  • Essential to advanced knowledge about the legal profession.
  • Excellent English comprehension and writing ability.
  • Ability to manage and organize company files and data.
  • Research skills using different platforms.
  • You can connect with a variety of people and build rapport.
  • You have good attention to detail, especially in written reports.
  • You are comfortable with virtual technologies and can quickly learn.

Virtual Assistants under Pineapple work as little as 10 to 29 hours per week for part-timers, while full-time VAs work 30 to 40 hours per week.

Yes, we have part-time roles available. However, you need to complete our 12-day certification program following a graveyard shift from 10 PM to 6 AM Manila time.

We really invest in training our VAs with our highly skilled trainers in Pinya Family. We do provide resources via webinars, mentors, and coaching, and have a community in Facebook where Pineapple VAs shares their experience with each other.

Conducted over email and a video conference call, our application process consists of a skills assessment and one interview. Be on the lookout for an @trypineapple.com email address once your application is submitted. Most candidates move from the skills assessment to the interview within a week or two.
