We are a US-based company seeking trained medical professionals based in the Philippines. Virtual Assistant work directly with our clients to virtually help with their medical office needs.

Screening
Our recruitment team will carefully review your application. If you pass the initial screening, a recruitment specialist will email you with the details of your examinations.
Interview
After passing the qualifying exams, you will have a one-on-one interview with one of our Recruitment Specialists. After you complete the screening process, we will schedule you for a system audit.
Certification Program
You will need to complete and pass our two-month certification program. This follows a graveyard shift from 11 PM to 8 AM Manila time. You will be evaluated based on your attendance, behavior, participation, and output quality from the given activities.
Client-VA Matching
Graduates from the program will be Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistants at Hellorache. Based on your profile and skill set, you will be matched with a client. We will be with you from the start until you are paired with an ideal client.

Applicants must be willing to meet the following requirements:
• Unfortunately we cannot contract with anyone that has dual-citizenship or permanent residency in other countries. Must be a Philippine citizen only.
• Must reside in the Philippines.
• Provide proof of education or training, such as a degree or certificate in your specialized field (nursing, medical transcription, etc)
• Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as Drivers License, Postal ID, UMID, Passport) • Submit an NBI clearance
• Be able to work full-time night shifts and weekends (Our clients are US based)
• Have a quiet work environment and a professional, neutral background with decent lighting (examples will be provided)
• Register with BIR as an independent contractor once you've qualified for training
Must have relevant work experience from the following industries or roles:
• Dentist
• Dental Hygienist
• Dental Assistant/Nurse (local or abroad)
• Dental Transcriptionist
• US Dental Insurance (Eligibility/Benefits, Pre-determinations, Claims)
• US Dental Billing
Proficiency in the following tools is preferred but not required:
Electronic Health Records (Curve Hero, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar platforms) VoIPs (RingCentral, Mango Voice, etc.) Google Workspace Microsoft Office Video Conferencing Platforms (Zoom, Skype, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, etc.) Application Requirements: Must have a valid NBI clearance (Valid for at least 6 months) Must have a valid government ID Must be 18+ years old. Must be a Filipino citizen. Able to work at night i.e. 11 pm-8 am Philippine time (8 am-5 pm Arizona time). Has a quiet work environment and a professional, neutral background with decent lighting.

Virtual Assistants under Hellorache work as little as 10 to 29 hours per week for part-timers, while full-time VAs work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Conducted over email and a video conference call, our application process consists of a skills assessment and one interview. Be on the lookout for an @thellorache.com email address once your application is submitted. Most candidates move from the skills assessment to the interview within a week or two
We really invest in training our VAs with our highly skilled trainers in Hellorache. We do provide resources via webinars, mentors, and coaching, and have a community in Facebook where Hellorache VAs shares their experience with each other.
Yes, we have part-time roles available. However, you need to complete our 12-day certification program following a graveyard shift from 10 PM to 6 AM Manila time.
